Club members volunteer to take on the organisation of the sets for social tennis as well as tea and bar duties. The roster is given below. If you are a club member named here and are unable to make it on that date please arrange an exchange with someone else on the roster and advise the Match Captain of the change. Many thanks.

Tasks:
Match Captain: to unlock Club House.
Member on roster: -Begin setup at 1:30pm. First Set commences 2:00pm. If new balls required please request from match captain. After use of new balls put in ball rack with court numbers ready for following week. Lock up and return keys to match captain.
Set up Tea Roster – UHT milk and biscuits in cupboard and set up and serve afternoon tea.
